Sending emails to single contractors or a bulk load of contractors.
It can be used to notify contractors of a new policy, issue a safety alert or simply send out information.
Click on the email tab – you can send broadcast emails to contractors from here.
CLICK ON NEW EMAIL – This will open the email box
Scroll through the contractor section and add single contractors by clicking on the contractor and add button (single arrow >) or you can add all the contractors at once by clicking on the select all arrow (double arrow >>).
You can also remove a contractor from the send to list by clicking on the contractor and the remove button (single arrow <) or remove all the contractors by clicking on the select all arrow (double arrow <<).
Scroll through the industry type section and add an industry type by clicking on the type and add button (single arrow >) or you can add all the industry types at once by clicking on the select all arrow (double arrow>>).
You can also remove an industry type from the send to list by clicking on the type and clicking on the remove button (single arrow <) or removing all industry types by clicking on the double arrow <<).
You can filter the broadcast email by inactive/active contractors or both, Category, Country and State. Tick or untick to copy in system user (you) to the broadcast email.
Enter in a subject line and the email content.
To format the email, highlight the email content and use the format buttons (eg. font, font size, bold, underline, align).
You can attach a document to the broadcast email, by selecting the browse button and selecting the document you wish to attach to this email.
Click on the send button.
The email is listed in the broadcast email history.
To view the email that was sent, click on the view email button.
