CHAT AND TICKETS
Use the support button at the bottom left hand side of the page:
If we are online – it will say chat with us.
If we are offline – send a message and it will create a ticket in our support system.
NOTE for Internet Explorer Users
If you can’t see the green Support/Chat button on the bottom right hand side.
FIRST STEP: Refresh the page and see if it appears (This only happens in Internet Explorer for Zendesk Chat)
IF that doesn’t fix it while using Internet Explorer you may need to make Browser adjustments and save the site as a Trusted Site in your Internet Explorer options.
NOTE: We can not control your browser setting only you can – This is a known issue with Internet Explorer globally.
